Venba

This episode we’re tasting the indie video game Venba, a narrative game about family, immigration and culture, all through the lens of cooking. We discuss cooking games as a genre, but also what it means to tell stories from a unique personal perspective and the broader definition of food as sustenance, family, memory and an expression of love.

We also discuss our excitement for Starfield, whether TTRPG’s work as video games and what’s on our playlist, including an update on our exploration of CCG’s with the release of Lorcana.
